Wa'Ed al Hawamdeh

Wa'ed Al Hawamdeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as Managing Director for Concentrix in Jordan, UAE, and KSA, Wa'ed has held multiple senior roles, including Country CEO, Country Director, and Head Of Operations since 2020. Prior experience at Umniah spanned a decade, during which Wa'ed advanced from Customer Service Manager to Contact Center Manager and other key supervisory roles. Earlier career highlights include a position as Area Supervisor at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and various technical roles in telecommunications and academia. Wa'ed holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jerash Private University.
