Shane Kim is an experienced technology professional specializing in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering. As the DevOps Director at Concept Labs since May 2022, Shane has been instrumental in building the backend system for ufcstrike.com. Shane also owns WakameWeb, a web design and development agency established in January 2013. Previous roles include Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Shell Recharge, where Shane architected software hosting environments using container technology, and Sr Site Reliability Engineer at Green Dot Corporation, focusing on containerization of application stacks. Further experience includes positions as DevOps Architect/SRE at Dine Brands Global, Testing Architect Consultant at Gap, and Director of Engineering at WebMocha, among others, demonstrating a strong background in improving automation, implementing DevOps best practices, and architecting software solutions. Shane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Bridgeport.
