Program Officer at Concern Worldwide

Andrew is a grant and program specialist experienced in community-based, humanitarian and international development programs with a passion for supporting and advocating for vulnerable communities across the globe.

As a Program Officer, Andrew is responsible for providing post-award grant management to Concern’s growing grant portfolio, including programs funded by USAID and its Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration in addition to grants funded by U.S. foundations, corporations, and major donors. Andrew currently provides grant management support to Concern country teams in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, Kenya, Liberia, Niger and Turkey.

A New Jersey native based in New York City, Andrew is a graduate of George Washington University and has diverse experience across the NGO and public sectors building strategic relationships, implementing programming and managing multi-sector consortiums.
