Andrea S. possesses extensive experience in humanitarian and development sectors, currently serving as a Global Technical Adviser - Markets & Cash and previously in various leadership roles such as Programme Director and Acting Country Director for Concern Worldwide in Somalia/Somaliland since December 2014. Prior roles include Assistant Programme Manager and Senior Programme Support Officer in Haiti and Sierra Leone, respectively, as well as positions with the International Rescue Committee, CAFOD, Catholic Relief Services, and UNDP. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Development Studies and an Individual Professional Award at MSc Level in Food Security and Social Protection from SOAS University of London, along with a BA in French and German from the University of Leeds.
