Marie Dunagan, CISR, AINS, CyRM, CIC, CPL

Marie Dunagan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Marie is currently working as a Quality Assurance Operations Manager at Concert Group® since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MiniCo Insurance Agency, starting in February 2018. At MiniCo, they held various positions, including Senior Project Manager, Product Development Manager, and Underwriting Technical Support Specialist.

Before joining MiniCo, Marie worked at Sonoran National Insurance Group for a significant period, from November 2007 to September 2017. Initially, they served as a Program Manager/Executive Assistant, where their responsibilities included providing executive support and managing office tasks. Marie also worked as an Account Executive, assisting insureds with coverage inquiries in General Liability, Property, Rental Car, and Professional Liability lines of business.

In addition to their insurance industry experience, Marie was a Member of the National Association of Insurance Women from February 2009 to April 2013. Marie also briefly worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Salvation Army from February 2007 to November 2007.

Marie Dunagan has a comprehensive education history, with a focus on business management and information systems management. Marie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 1998 and 2001. Marie then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Information Systems Management (MISM) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Marie has also achieved several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Marie obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in October 2009. Later, in August 2018, they earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from the same institution.

Marie has also obtained various project management certifications to strengthen their expertise in this area. Marie completed the Agile with Atlassian Jira certification through Coursera in July 2021, and the Foundations of Project Management certification in June 2021. Additionally, they completed the Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project certification in June 2021.

Lastly, in October 2019, Marie achieved the Certified Programs Leader (CPL) certification from the Target Markets Program Administrators Association.
