Matt Wagner

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry. He joined CEM Insurance Company (CEMIC, now Concert Insurance Company) as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer in 2002. In 2012, he assumed the role of President responsible for all operations including managing growth, strategy and financial performance.

Prior to joining CEMIC, Matt practiced law in Chicago working nationally in the areas of commercial litigation, aviation & space, cargo, marine, product liability, construction and reinsurance, as well as insurance coverage, regulatory and compliance.

Matt received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. He completed the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (in Aviation Management) from Southern Illinois University.
