David Engelman II RTPM

David Engelman II RTPM has an extensive work history, starting with their most recent role as the Director of Project Development and Implementation at Concert Technologies since May 2021. Prior to this position, they worked at Concert Technologies from 2003 to 2020, holding various roles such as Operations Manager from March 2015 to January 2020, Program Manager from September 2010 to March 2015, Project Manager from June 2006 to September 2010, and Project Facilitator from June 2003 to June 2006. Before joining Concert Technologies, they worked as a Senior Project Tech at Titan Corporation from June 2001 to December 2002.

David Engelman II RTPM attended Devry University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Telcom Management. In August 2012, they obtained the RTPM certification from BICSI.
