Keaton is an accomplished software engineer with experience building data processing algorithms and pipelines for startups ranging from 5-1000+ people. At Concerto, Keaton leads the software engineering team in developing infrastructure to process and analyze novel microbial interaction datasets. Previously, Keaton studied neural engineering (MS, Duke) and has held cross-disciplinary roles in bioinformatics, data science, and software engineering at multiple biotech startups including ReadCoor and 10X Genomics.
