Alexis Freedberg

Alexis Freedberg, MD, currently serves as the Medical Director of Behavioral Health at ConcertoCare and has held the position of Geriatric Psychiatrist and Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Perfect Health, Inc. since August 2018. In addition, Alexis is an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Psychiatrist-in-Charge at the Cognitive Neuropsychiatry Unit at McLean Hospital. At Tufts University School of Medicine, Alexis holds the titles of Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Associate Program Director of the Psychiatry Residency, and Geriatric Psychiatry Rotation Director. Previous roles include Associate Medical Director of Inpatient Geriatric Med-Psych Units at Hallmark Health System, Psychiatry Consultant at Kindred Healthcare and Brightview Senior Living, and a Psychiatrist at Cambridge Health Alliance. Educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship, and an Adult Psychiatry Residency from Harvard Medical School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Yale University.
