Shawn Blake brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience in the healthcare provider and payer sectors. As Chief Information Officer, Blake is responsible for delivering technology solutions and innovation that support and drive improved healthcare outcomes for ConcertoCare’s patients.

Prior to ConcertoCare, Blake served as Chief Operating Officer at North American Dental Group, where he oversaw the premier dental organization’s operations and information technology across more than 250 nationwide dental practices. Before his role as Chief Operating Officer, Blake also served as North American Dental Group’s Chief Information Officer.

Before North American Dental Group, Blake was the Chief Information Officer for OptumCare’s East Region, leading the integration and maturation of information technology and product management tools across seven care delivery organizations and eight million lives. His other roles include Chief Information Officer at MedExpress, a leading urgent care organization, Executive Director of Coventry IT at Aetna, and Vice President of Information Technology at Coventry Health Care. Blake also served as the Director of Information Technology at Highmark Inc., and as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting.

Blake holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree in Financial and Information Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
