Jane Garcia-Deale-Nurse

Jane Garcia-Deale-Nurse has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jane began their career as an ER Technician/LPN Ortho Floor at Bethesda Memorial Hospital in 1992 and worked there until 2008. In 2000, they joined the Child Protection Team of Palm Beach as a Medical Team Coordinator, responsible for managing the medical team and assisting with forensic abuse exams. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Allegiance Home Health & Rehab, Inc. as a Director of Marketing/Nurse, bringing in referrals, training and managing the sales team, and also performing clinical work. Jane then worked at Caring People Home Care as a Regional Sales Trainer from 2016 to 2017. Jane also served as a Sales Coach & Consultant for Home Care Medicare & Pvt Duty at Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training from 2015 to 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Transitional Care Nurse at Trilogy Home Healthcare. In 2021, they became the Regional VP of Clinical Marketing at ASSIST HOME HEALTH CARE, LLC, before joining Concierge Home Care in 2022 as the Regional Vice President of Clinical Marketing for Concierge Home Health Care. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant, providing territory management and obtaining home health referrals.

Jane Garcia-Deale-Nurse began their education in 1995 at Palm Beach Community College where they pursued a field of study in Nursing. Later, they enrolled at Florida Atlantic University in 2013 and obtained a Certification in Marketing Management. Additionally, Jane has also studied Nursing at Excelsior College.
