Kari Lyncha

Kari Lyncha has an extensive background in customer service operations, having worked at Signet from February 1995 to October 2017 as the Director Customer Service Operations. During this time, Kari managed a call center of over 250 employees and outsourced operations, successfully focusing on quality and efficiency to lower costs while maintaining brand loyalty. In October 2017, Kari transitioned to Concora Credit where Kari currently holds the positions of Sr Vice President Operations, Vice President Operations, and Director of Customer Service & Outsourcing.
