Darren Henry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Terminal Manager at Concord Coach Lines since January 2022, Darren oversees daily terminal operations and employee management. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist at the State of Maine and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as Director of Operations at the Maine Arts Commission. With a strong foundation in human resources cultivated during a 22-year career in the U.S. Army, Darren also holds an Associate's degree in Plumbing and Heating Technology and advanced degrees in Management and Leadership.
