Susan Lambert

Susan Lambert has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Bodily Injury Supervisor at Concord Group Insurance since April 2020, after previously holding the position of Bodily Injury Adjuster. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Merchants Insurance Group from October 1991 to February 2020, where Susan held the title of Multi-Line Adjuster II and obtained professional designations AINS and AIC. Earlier in their career, Susan served as a Claim Representative at Metropolitan Insurance from February 1985 to October 1991. Susan Lambert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Saint Anselm College between 1978 and 1982.
