Michael Cawley

Michael Cawley is a finance professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for Concord Hospitality Enterprises since August 2024, Michael previously held the position of Controller/HR Manager at Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta from February 2021 to August 2024 and worked as Associate Director of Finance at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort from December 2018 to January 2021, managing all financial activities for the asset. Michael's prior experience includes serving as Controller at Recycling Management Resources, overseeing financial operations for multiple legal entities, and as Controller and Human Resource Manager at Holiday Inn NRG, where responsibilities included comprehensive accounting functions. Michael also held various accounting and managerial roles at International Meeting Managers, Inc., Hotel Derek, and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, beginning a career in hospitality finance with a series of positions at Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place.
