Jessica Mateika has extensive experience in retail management and account coordination. Prior to this, Jessica worked at JC Penney/Sephora from March 2012 to July 2014 as Sephora Manager, successfully leading a team to generate over $1 million in annual revenue and exceed sales targets. Experience at JC Penney from September 2001 to March 2012 includes roles as Women's Department Supervisor, Visual Merchandising Specialist, and Customer Service Associate, showcasing strong abilities in team leadership, customer service, and visual merchandising. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Art/Art Studies from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts from Illinois Valley Community College.
