Wes Seidel

Wes Seidel has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Wes started their career in 2001 as the Director of Territory Sales at Staff Care, where they specialized in staffing anesthesia providers. In 2010, they became the President of Operations at Concord Medical Group, overseeing emergency department management and hospitalist services among other responsibilities. In 2018, Wes joined Flint Medical Staffing as the Chief Operating Officer, focusing on staffing healthcare professionals. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Managing Partner at Scout Healthcare Staffing, specializing in nurse and allied professional staffing. Wes has a strong background in sales, recruitment, and customer service within the healthcare sector.

Wes Seidel completed their secondary education at Alice High School from 1992 to 1995. Wes then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Texas Tech University, graduating in 1999.
