Allie Ginwala

Allie Ginwala is an accomplished audience engagement editor at Concord Monitor, specializing in managing the Opinion section and community engagement initiatives since March 2021. Prior to this role, Allie coordinated the Open Newsroom project at Brooklyn Public Library, fostering local journalism collaboration. Other notable experiences include blogging for New Women New Yorkers, editing for The Felt, and reporting for The Hippo Press. An MFA graduate in Creative Nonfiction Writing from Pratt Institute, Allie's educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from the University of New Hampshire and studies at Donghua University and the University of Cambridge.
