Concord Monitor
Hannah Sampadian is a seasoned copyeditor at Concord Monitor, a position held since August 2016, complemented by previous experience as an intern. Early career roles include serving as an Information Desk Assistant at the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business from August 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing phone calls and assisting students and visitors. Additionally, Hannah worked as a hostess at Giuseppe's Pizzeria from June 2013 to August 2014, providing exceptional customer service. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Tampa (2012-2015) and further pursued journalism studies at the University of New Hampshire (2015-2016), along with a diploma from Concord High School (2008-2012).
Concord Monitor
Independently owned daily newspaper serving the communities of the Capital Region in central New Hampshire. The Concord Monitor was founded as a daily in 1864, but the paper traces its lineage back to the weekly New Hampshire Patriot, founded in 1809 by noted New Hampshire publisher Isaac Hill, who had purchased the American Patriot, which started in 1808. Former Concord Monitor photographer Preston Gannaway won Pulitzer for Feature Photography in 2008.
