Thomas Coulson-Smith

Thomas Coulson-Smith is a seasoned A&R professional with extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Vice President and A&R Director at Concord since January 2020. Previously, Thomas held the position of A&R Manager at Warner Chappell Music, where success included signing Brit's Rising Star for 2020 winner, Celeste. Thomas also served as A&R Manager at Imagem Music UK, engaging in artist relations and contract negotiations, and began the career as an A&R Scout. Additional experience includes a consulting role for a global talent management company and performing as a session musician for AlunaGeorge. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Goldsmiths College, U. of London.
