Murphy Mok, MRICS has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Murphy is currently working as a Vice President at CP Capital Advisory Asia, where they lead and manages capital raising activities for the Group's sponsored PERE funds and separate account investments in the US, Canada, and UK. Murphy also develops strategic business connections and partnerships with various stakeholders in the APAC region.

Prior to their current role, Murphy held positions at Concord Pacific Developments Inc., Rykadan Capital, Paladin Asset Management, Top Capital Group, Cornes Properties, Swire Properties, and Speymill Property Group (Far East) Limited. Throughout their career, they have worked on sourcing, analyzing, and recommending investment opportunities in various countries, including the UK, US, Canada, Japan, and Australia. Murphy has experience in managing residential mixed-use development projects, capital raising and investor relations activities, and structuring real estate investment strategies. Murphy has also led and executed the acquisition of large-scale residential development projects.

Murphy Mok, MRICS, has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, which they obtained in 2002. Murphy then pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong, completing it in 2007. Recently, in 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online. Murphy has also earned additional certifications, including HKSI Paper 1 from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and Type 4 & 9 from the Securities and Futures Commission, both obtained in November 2021.
