Beth Slepian, MBA, PT, is President/CEO of Granite VNA, which serves thousands of patients and families each year as the state’s largest home health and hospice organization. As its senior executive, she oversees a highly talented and compassionate staff of employees and volunteers who are dedicated in meeting the agency’s not-for-profit Mission.
Slepian works closely with Leadership and the Board of Trustees in developing and implementing the agency’s strategic plan that focuses on caring for the community, quality, innovation, talented workforce, and community partnerships. She emphasizes that providing clinical and administrative opportunities for learning and advancement helps strengthen the health of the community and improves workforce retention and sustainability. Beth has enhanced care for patients by expanding existing services and clinical management of patients with complex needs.
Slepian is active in the community and serves on many local Boards of Directors. She serves as the Board President of the Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire and is the Chair of its Legislative Committee. Slepian also serves on the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) Board of Directors and its Public Policy Committee and Government Affairs Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Havenwood Heritage Heights' Board of Directors, CATCH Neighborhood Housing Board of Directors, and Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Additionally, Slepian participates in several industry workgroups.
Slepian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership at New England College in Henniker, N.H.
