Jon Catlin has a strong background in IT strategy, product development, and leadership roles.
From 2015 to present, Jon has been the CIO at Concord Servicing Corporation, where they have successfully transformed legacy systems into more efficient and lower-cost solutions. Jon has also delivered new solutions such as a cloud-based VOIP phone system and a comprehensive digital communications platform.
Prior to that, Jon was the VP of Software Development at American Traffic Solutions (Verra Mobility) from 2013 to 2015.
From 2005 to 2013, Jon held the roles of VP of Product Development, CIO, and CTO at Enghouse Interactive. In this role, they managed a large IT and software development staff spread across multiple countries and was instrumental in driving the company's revenue growth through organic means and acquisitions. Jon also introduced new tools and processes that resulted in cost savings and improved infrastructure maintenance.
Before Enghouse Interactive, Jon worked as a Senior Consultant at Alliance Consulting from 2004 to 2005, a Senior Solutions Architect at Syntegra from 2003 to 2004, and a Senior Consultant at Valtech from 2002 to 2003.
Jon Catlin obtained a BSc degree in Maths & Computer Science from the University of Middlesbrough, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Jon then pursued further education and received an MSc degree in Technology Management from the Open University between 2009 and 2011.
