Concord Technologies is seeking an Order Operations Specialist to establish revenue assurance guidelines and processes while facilitating and managing post-sales activities. This critical new role will work closely with department leads to ensure the completeness and accuracy of sales order data, manage the corresponding fulfillment, account setup, and invoice tracking activities, and monitor the timely resolution of cancelation activities. This newly created role will become the hub connecting sales, financial operations, and accounting by providing trusted information that is visible across stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish a deep understanding of products, services, and use of internal systems

  • Develop and implement new processes and workflows across multiple sales and financial functions

  • Design and lead change management initiatives

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of order documentation

  • Manage and track fulfillment and review service account setup of customer orders

  • Manage the data workflow between internal systems including but not limited to Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP

  • Design internal controls and review processes to ensure data continuity between systems and databases

  • Create management reporting dashboards and define team KPIs

  • Assist with migrating and maintaining accurate customer information during the ongoing integrations

  • Participate in new product and pricing discussions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

  • Minimum 4 years in a related sales or finance function

  • Must be highly organized, detailed, and efficient to meet internal SLAs

  • Experience developing and implementing business process changes

  • Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desire to leverage automation and reduce redundancies

  • Outgoing and collaborative personality that can inspire and lead change

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. Range can flux dependent on experience. Additional employee benefits at Concord Technologies:
