Arjun Nagar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arjun is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Concord, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, in September 2023, they founded True North Consulting Services.
From April 2020 to September 2023, Arjun served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Milestone Technologies, Inc. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the Go to Market (GTM) organization and established a performance-centric culture. Arjun focused on operational discipline and digital return on investment (ROI) to support enterprise sales and brand growth.
Before joining Milestone Technologies, Arjun worked at IBM from April 2017 to April 2020. Arjun held various roles at IBM, including Head of Sales for Global Technology Services, US - Banking, Insurance & Financial Markets, and Business Unit Executive for Cognitive & Cloud, Financial Services Sales, North America. In these positions, they were responsible for sales and business development for IBM's strategic Cognitive and Cloud Solutions.
Arjun also gained significant experience at Thomson Reuters, where they served as a Senior Business Director and Sales Head for Analytic Solutions in APAC. Arjun also held roles as a Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager, contributing to the success of Thomson Reuters' Enterprise Real-Time Platform.
Prior to these positions, Arjun worked as a Business Analyst at Cars.com/Classified Ventures and started their career as a Business Intern at Kraft Foods Group.
Arjun Nagar obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago between 1998 and 2000. In 2019, they obtained two certifications in Infrastructure Services Selling - Digital Transformation from IBM.
