Caleb Schmitt

Caleb Schmitt has extensive experience in UX design and management roles at various companies such as Concord, Life Time, and Jettison. At Concord, Caleb led and managed a team of designers and researchers, formed the UX & product design practice within engineering, and was responsible for hiring and recruiting to double team size twice in two years. Additionally, Caleb worked as a digital designer at Life Time, supporting experience design in IT and marketing. At Jettison, Caleb served as a creative director overseeing a design team and providing strategy and art direction for agency clients. With a background in music business, Caleb brings a unique perspective to their design work.
