Abishaï Emrith

Abishaï Emrith has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in 2015 as a Chargé de Recherches at MCB Group, where they were responsible for conducting research. They then worked as a Gestionnaire administratif & membre du board at Student Christian Fellowship, handling administrative tasks and assisting with various projects.

In 2015, Abishaï joined SEDECO as a Journaliste Web, where they wrote web articles, created SEO content, and performed keyword research. They also worked on link-building activities.

From 2016 to 2017, Abishaï served as an Enseignant at Collège SARO, where they taught various subjects to high school students.

In 2017, Abishaï joined BNP Paribas as a Chargé de missions RH, focusing on recruitment for commercial, administrative, and cybersecurity roles in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors. They also participated in various HR projects.

From 2018 to 2020, Abishaï worked at Groscommerce.fr & Koreaneurope.com as a Journaliste Web, where they wrote articles about trending products for an online store.

In 2021, Abishaï worked as a Chargé de Recrutement at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, where they were involved in recruitment projects for clients such as Carrefour, Société Générale, and Beaumanoir. They also handled administrative tasks related to employee contracts and coordinated recruitment projects.

Also in 2021, Abishaï worked as a Chargé de Recrutement at Groupe INATIS, responsible for recruitment tasks.

In 2022, Abishaï held several Talent Acquisition roles. They worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lemonway, where they focused on recruiting sales, growth, operation, and product profiles. They also provided strategic recruitment advice.

Abishaï then moved on to Javelo, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, assisting with CV screening, sourcing, and pre-qualification interviews.

Later in 2022, Abishaï joined SCALE YOU UP as a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting startups with their recruitment strategies, onboarding, and employer branding. They also provided expertise on social media and network building, implemented internal processes, and developed training programs.

Finally, in 2023, Abishaï joined Concord as a Talent Acquisition Manager, taking on responsibilities related to talent acquisition.

Abishaï Emrith completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Université de Maurice from 2012 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Organization of Work, Diagnosis, and Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in TOEIC - niveau C1 from ETS.
