Andrea Fihe

Andrea Fihe has extensive experience in talent acquisition and administrative support, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Development Coordinator at Concordance since April 2021. Previously, Andrea held the role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Connections to Success from January 2013 to October 2020 until the position was eliminated due to reduced grant funding. Andrea also worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Capstone Programs at Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis from September 2011 to January 2013, providing key support for initiatives such as JA BizTown and JA Finance Park. Additionally, Andrea contributed to Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic School as a dedicated volunteer for the Parent-Teacher Association and Athletic Committee from August 2005 to May 2012, taking on various leadership roles, including President.
