Executive Vice President of Behavioral Health and Wellness at Concordance Academy of Leadership

Kimberly Miller has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and wellness. Kimberly currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Pathway since August 2019. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Behavioral Health and Wellness at Concordance Academy of Leadership from April 2017 onwards. Kimberly'srole involved licensing facilities, opening levels of care, and specializing in mental health, trauma, and addictions.

Before joining Concordance Academy, Kimberly worked as the Administrative Coordinator and Safety Officer at The Meadows of Wickenburg from November 2014 to March 2017. Kimberly also served as the Vice President of Business Development and Outpatient Services at The River Source from December 2015 to October 2016.

Kimberly has experience in private practice counseling as well. Kimberly worked as a counselor in private practice from 2009 to 2010 and also served as a counselor at Banner Behavioral from 2000 to 2004.

Kimberly Miller obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University from 1995 to 1997. Kimberly then pursued a Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2002, specializing in social work. Additionally, Kimberly has acquired various certifications, including being a Clinical Supervisor certified by the Missouri Board, EMDR 2 certified by the EMDR Institute Inc, FSAP Trained, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed by the Missouri and Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. Kimberly is also a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) certified by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health and has intermediate training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. Kimberly has also received training in Neurofeedback, although the institution is unspecified.
