Tiph J. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in education, employment, workforce development, and leadership development. They most recently worked at Concordance as the Executive Vice President and Head of Education and Employment since August 2022. Prior to that, Tiph was the Director of Workforce & Talent Development at Saint Louis Community College from September 2019 to August 2022. Tiph also worked as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant at Cultivate Capacity from July 2015 to November 2021. They served as the Director of Leadership Development & DEI Initiatives at the State of Maryland from July 2016 to August 2019 and as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at the City of Alexandria, Virginia from September 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, Tiph worked as a Workforce Development Training Manager at the Center for Urban Families from August 2012 to July 2016 and as a Re-entry Program Manager at The Johns Hopkins University from November 2008 to August 2012.

Tiph J. holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. They also possess a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Human Resources Management) from Walden University. Additionally, Tiph has obtained several certifications, including Inclusive Leadership and Succession Planning from LinkedIn in August 2021, as well as a certification in Social-Behavioral-Educational - Human Subjects Research from the CITI Program in July 2021.
