Jon Baermann

Jon Baermann began their work experience as an Attorney at Jon R. Baermann, P.C. in April 2002. Jon then moved on to become Vice President and Counsel on the Strategic Alliance Team at Compliance Systems, Inc. in May 2011 before transitioning to Senior Director of Operations, Compliance, and Strategy at Concordia International School Shanghai in August 2019. In August 2022, Baermann joined Houston Christian High School as the Director of Business Affairs and later became CIO and General Counsel at Concordia Publishing House in July 2023.

Jon Baermann received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Elmhurst University from 1985 to 1988. Jon then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 1990 to 1996. Prior to attending Elmhurst University, Jon also studied Chemistry at Valparaiso University in 1984 and 1985, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
