Danielle Tabacznik

Danielle Tabacznik is a Social Worker with experience at Concordia Hospital since March 2022. Prior to that, Danielle worked as a Program Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator at Gwen Secter Creative Living Centre from December 2016 to June 2023, and as a Social Worker at Circle of Care, Sinai Health System from August 2015 to June 2023. Danielle also served as an Associate at Altura Search Partners from May 2007 to September 2012. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Manitoba, an Honours Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University, and a Combined Honours Bachelor's Degree in Contemporary Studies and Health Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
