Mary Maus Kosir

Mary Maus Kosir is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Concordia Language Villages since October 2020, Mary leads organizational transformations and stakeholder collaborations. Previously, as a Consultant and Strategic Advisor at Log House Foods, Mary focused on marketing strategies and brand development. At the University of St. Thomas, engagement as a consultant resulted in the establishment of a standalone college program. As the Founder and CEO of WholeMe, Mary successfully secured multi-million-dollar financing and drove brand growth. Earlier roles at the University of Minnesota included Assistant Dean and Director of International Programs, where Mary enhanced program deliverables and maintained high enrollment and rankings. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota.
