Kathleen Buysse

Kathleen Buysse currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Concordia n.v., a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Kathleen held various leadership roles at P&V Groep, including Head of Channel Service Centers and Manager of the Customer Center from March 2020 to May 2024. As the owner of Effect-K from October 2016 to December 2020, Kathleen provided Interim Management services. Kathleen's extensive experience includes serving as Interim Manager for the Know-Your-Customer Department at Alpha Card, where responsibilities encompassed project setup and management in accordance with AML requirements, and as Director of Strategic Projects, handling various operational projects. Previously, Kathleen was a Director at BNP Paribas Fortis and held consulting positions at Deloitte, Iris NV, Accenture, and AXI, focusing on IT implementations and compliance. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Ghent University, completed in 1999.
