Kirstin Genthner has extensive experience in writing, editing, and education. Since September 2014, Kirstin has served as a Freelance Copyeditor for Lutherans For Life, while also working as a Freelance Writer for Concordia Publishing House since September 2010. Additionally, Kirstin has been a Teacher at Napoleon High School since 2003, instructing courses in Creative Writing, English, and History. Kirstin briefly held the role of Project Manager at Lutherans For Life in 2012, creating templates for Sunday School lesson plans. Previous freelance writing experience includes work for Smart Tan Magazine from January 2010 to June 2011. Kirstin also served as a Writing Mentor at Western Connecticut State University during the 2010-2011 academic year. Academic credentials include an MFA in Professional Writing from Western Connecticut State University and a BA in English, History, and Secondary Education from Spring Arbor University.
