Lyn Cantwell

Lyn Cantwell, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Concordia Plans since April 2022, showcasing a robust career in human resources management. Prior to this, Lyn held the position of Human Resources Manager at The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod from July 2020 to July 2024 and served as the Human Resources Business Partner at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital from 2017 to July 2020. Experience also includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Cooperative Home Care from 2012 to 2017 and Talent Acquisition Manager at Pinstripe between 2008 and 2012. Lyn's foundational human resources experience began as a Human Resources Manager at Lutheran Senior Services from 2002 to 2008, followed by similar roles at Green Park and Good Samaritan Home. Educationally, Lyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Louis University.
