Marsha Reyes, MBA, CSM®, CSPO®, currently serves as the Manager of Product Solutions at Concordia Plans since May 2023. Prior to this role, Marsha held various management positions at Centene Corporation from June 2018 to May 2023, including Senior Manager of Service Delivery, where leadership was provided to facilitate policy changes, customer service programs, and operational documentation. Additional experience includes managing call center operations and team supervision across multiple organizations, including UBC, Express Scripts, Cordell Practice Management Group, Macy's, and National General. Marsha holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, attained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from the same institution, completed between 2006 and 2010.
