Dorothy Gray has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Partnerships Lead at Rivet School, where they focused on building and sustaining relationships with schools, organizations, and companies to recruit students and support their career development. Prior to that, they served as a Program Director and Associate Program Director at Springboard Collaborative, overseeing program operations and outcomes in multiple West Coast cities. Dorothy also worked as the Director of Programs at Aspire Education Project, Community Literacy Specialist at Tandem, Partners in Early Learning, and Office and Development Assistant at Kevah. Additionally, Dorothy has experience in education, serving as a Fulbright English Teacher, Curriculum Writer & Consultant, Preschool Program Coordinator, Assistant ESL Teacher, and Teaching Assistant at various organizations. Their roles have focused on program management, relationship building, and supporting educational initiatives.

Dorothy Gray attended Albany High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Occidental College in 2011, and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology with a focus in Education in 2015. In September 2015, they also obtained the Fulbright Scholarship from the U.S. Department of State, which allowed their to pursue further studies or activities abroad during the 2015-2016 academic year.
