Shelly Gleason

Shelly Gleason is an experienced educator and program manager with a strong background in supporting students through various academic and career development programs. Currently serving as a College Coach at Rivet School, Shelly facilitates affordable and flexible college experiences for working adults. Previously, Shelly held multiple key roles at Genesys Works - Bay Area, advancing from Program Coordinator to Senior Program Coordinator and ultimately to Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing corporate partnerships, training staff, and implementing recruitment strategies. Shelly's early career included positions at UCSC's Latin American and Latino/a Studies Department, where duties encompassed student advising and event coordination, as well as internships focused on research and social media management. Shelly Gleason holds dual B.A. degrees in Global Economics and Latin American & Latino/a Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
