Margarita de la Peña

Margarita de la Peña Virgós is currently serving as the Investment Lead for Latin America at Zacua Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in the Built Environment. Additionally, Margarita holds the position of Regional Lead in LATAM for Women in Construction Tech, a community aimed at empowering women in the construction industry. Margarita's academic background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, where involvement as Director of the Women in Business Club and recognition as a Forté Fellow were notable achievements. Previous experience encompasses roles at Included VC, Flat.mx as a Product Manager MBA intern, and Petite Marmotte as Head of Operations, alongside a significant tenure as an Associate at Linklaters. Margarita's educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Taxation from IE Business School and a dual degree in Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
