Jenn McColly

Jenn McColly is the Vice President of Employee Experience (EX) at SAP Concur, overseeing corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, recognition, internal communications and employee engagement. Prior to leading the Employee Experience team, Jenn was the Vice President of Global Human Resources at SAP Concur. Jenn is passionate about empowering people to bring their passions and purpose together through meaningful and interesting work. Jenn holds a BA in Organization Communication from the University of Montana and is a member of the board of the Eastside Crusaders Youth Lacrosse Club and the advisory board of College of Humanities & Sciences at the University of Montana.
