They have held positions at various companies, such as Elite Human Capital Group and C&C Recruiting and Consulting, Inc. They also have a background in IT recruiting from their time at BORN Information Systems. The team is educated, with degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Public Relations.
