Brian Prebola

Principal Systems Engineer at Concurrent Technologies Corporation

Brian Prebola began their work experience in 1995 as a System Operator at Sunquest Information Systems. Brian later worked as a Software Developer and then as a Senior Software Developer at the same company. From 1995 to 2005, they served as the Lead Application Specialist.

In 2001, Brian became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where they taught for one semester.

In 1995, they also started working as an Adjunct Professor at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, where they taught until 1997.

Brian joined Concurrent Technologies Corporation in 2006 as a Database Engineer and was promoted to Senior Database Engineer in 2013. Brian then served as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Systems Engineer at the company.

Brian Prebola received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. Brian attended the university from 1986 to 1989. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Brian completed their MBA program from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Brian Prebola has obtained professional certifications. Brian earned a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification from ISC2 in November 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in April 2017.
