Matthew W.

Matthew W. has a diverse work experience. Matthew currently works as a Software Engineer at 4C Strategies since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer, producing small-scale solutions for small businesses and individuals since November 2017. In 2014, they worked as a Web Developer, creating and maintaining websites for nearly 7 years and hosting sites for local businesses. Matthew gained experience with SSH and Linux on the Command Line Level during this time. Matthew also had experience as a Residence Advisor at EF Education First from June to August 2022. From May 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Teacher at the University of Sussex, teaching technical and non-technical aspects of Computer Science. Matthew also served as a Peer Assisted Learning Tutor, assisting students with revision and lab work, and creating and running Java and C/C++ labs and workshops. Beginning in August 2016, Matthew worked at Marks and Spencer in various roles. Matthew'slongest tenure was as a Currency Exchange Assistant in the Brighton Store's Bureau De Change, where they gained experience in managing cash and foreign currencies, opening and closing the store, and other responsibilities.

Matthew W. began their education journey in 2011 at Bourne Community College, where they pursued their GCSE degree. After completing their GCSE, they attended HSDC Havant & South Downs from 2016 to 2018 to pursue A levels in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics. In 2018, they joined the University of Sussex to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew W. also obtained a certification as a Credly Member from Credly in October 2018.
