Kathy Jones

Kathy Jones has over 30 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Kathy started their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 1985 and worked there until 1989. Afterwards, they joined The Resources Group as an Officer Manager, where they were responsible for phone screening and interviewing candidates, checking references, and generating bills. In 1989, they also worked at American Management Systems as a Health Insurance Enrollment Officer, enrolling employees in medical and dental programs and counseling managers on EEO requirements. From 1990 to 1992, they worked at Hughes Technical Services Company as an Employment Specialist, recruiting IT candidates and designing an employee and applicant tracking database. Kathy then joined Orbital Sciences Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources, where they developed compensation systems and managed wage and salary administration. Since 1998, they have been working at Concurrent Technologies Corporation as a Senior Director of Human Resources, where they lead various areas including executive compensation, talent management, and employee training and development.

Kathy Jones attended Penn State University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Individual and Family Studies.
