Stephen Morowsky

Stephen Morowsky is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Condado Tacos since May 2020, Stephen previously held the role of Regional Manager at Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina from January 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, Stephen was a Managing Partner at Jim Brady's and served in various roles, including District Manager and General Manager, at Kona Grill from January 2007 to June 2017. Stephen's career began at Champps Americana, where a tenure from March 1998 to December 2006 culminated in the position of General Manager.
