Salvatore Micali

Salvatore Micali currently serves as the VP of Sales & Business Development at CondAlign AS since June 2023. Prior to this, Micali was the Director of Global Sales and Marketing at Sentech AS from August 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the sales department and direct engagement with the Board of Directors. Micali's experience at Aker Solutions spanned from June 2011 to July 2019, holding various senior management positions focused on early engagement and technology application in new energy solutions and managing business development in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier roles included positions at GE Oil & Gas, Pfizer, and research at ITAE – CNR. Micali holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Università di Catania and has completed several professional development programs in strategic selling and agile leadership.
