Alaina Chou

Alaina Chou is a skilled commerce writer and producer currently working at Condé Nast for Bon Appétit and Epicurious since September 2022. Chou also serves as the creator of the baking blog Crumbs and Nibbles since 2013. Previous experience includes a freelance production assistant role at Condé Nast Entertainment, where duties involved assisting with various YouTube series shoots. As the co-founder and president of Gourmand, responsibilities included overseeing brand identity and creative content, along with co-hosting a podcast. Chou has held multiple positions at Penn Appétit Magazine, including executive creative director and photography director. Additional roles in marketing and design were undertaken at west~bourne, Spark No. 9, and Mouth. Chou earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a high school diploma at Saint Ann's School.
