Marc Bhalla

Marc Bhalla is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator with extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently serving at Elia Associates Professional Corporation since March 2002. In addition to this role, Marc holds a position as a Member (Mediator & Adjudicator) with the Condominium Authority Tribunal since October 2017 and contributes as Faculty for the Professional LLM in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Professional Development since February 2022. Furthermore, Marc develops curriculum and instructs the Certificate in Dispute Resolution program at York University School of Continuing Studies since November 2022.
