John Napton

John Napton has extensive work experience in the ferry industry. John is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Condor Ferries since July 2021. Prior to this role, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Brittany Ferries as the Director of UK and Irish Agencies. John started their career at Brittany Ferries in 1990 as an accounts clerk and worked their way up to become the company secretary.
